I live in Norfolk ,and saw a car on Auttotrader in April 23m which was just the model my wife was seeking. I phoned Sam , and negotiated a price and agreed to travel to Newport (Isle of Wight) by train to buy the car unseen, based on Sam's description .
Sam picked me up from the ferry, demonstrated the car, and payment was arranged immediately , including all documentation and road tax, and I was on my way home within an hour! They even arranged a special rate ferry back to Southampton for me.
I could not fault the personal service from Sam and the Team at Fairlee, everything went effortlessly and efficiently.
There was a minor problem with the Air Conditioning needing recharging, which I had fixed locally, and Sam organised a no fuss reimbursement , under guarantee, without any problem .
