Our workshops have continued to grow over the last few years, we now employ ten staff just on the repair side and have invested in new equipment and technology such as a new hand held computer enabling us to work on the latest car electronics, and service and repair equipment for car Air Conditioning units, fitted as standard in many of today’s cars. We are flexible on our labour rates to ensure that you get a competitive repair price.

Our customers tell us their biggest fear is paying more than they were quoted just ask us for an estimate and in most cases we can provide you with a written estimate for the cost of your work.

Service & Repair

Air Conditioning:

Why service your air conditioning system? Your cars air conditioning system will lose 10-15% of its refrigerant every year, which can cause a build up of fungus and bacteria within the evaporator core, this can emit a smell and sometimes lead to an allergic reaction in very extreme cases.

Following the removal of the old gas your cars system vacuumed and checked for leaks. Oil added to system, then new gas added and temperature checked.

Batteries

We keep a large stock of Batteries and very competitive prices let us give you a quote.

Cambelts

Cambelts should always be changed at manufacturers recommended intervals. Failure to do so will usually result in serious and very costly engine damage.

The cost of replacing a cambelt is a very small fraction of the cost of damage caused should it fail and cambelts rarely give you any warning before failure.
Fairlee Service Station only use top quality, original equipment specification cambelts. These are fitted using the correct tools to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
All our cambelts carry a full 12 month parts and labour guarantee for your peace of mind.

Clutches

We supply and fit clutches for nearly all vehicles at very competitive prices.
All our clutches are brand new sourced from original equipment manufactures.

Courtesy Cars

Diagnostics

Modern vehicles are controlled by a complex array of electronic computerised systems. In order to properly diagnose and rectify faults on these systems, specialised equipment is required.

We have invested a great deal in the latest diagnostic equipment to help us to rectify problems with Engine Management, ABS, Airbag and various other onboard vehicle systems.

We have state-of-the-art tools that cover the majority of all vehicles in use on British roads today and they are regularly updated to include new ones as they come on to the market.

Exhausts

At Fairlee we are able to supply and fit a wide range exhausts to cover most makes and models of car and we can provide anything from a single part to a full system.

Female Friendly Garage

At Fairlee Service Station many of our customers are female and we recognise that Garages can be an intimidating place for some people. We do our best to explain in a clear and friendly way what we are doing to your car.

Forecourt Services

Please don't get your hands dirty checking oil, water and tyres. We will be happy to do it for you free of charge and we even change bulbs and wipers on our forecourt. Plus if you are hungry and thirsty we have an extensive range of snacks and drinks inside our shop.

In our well equipped workshop we are able to cope with nearly any kind of work. We have a wide variety of specialist tools and diagnostic equipment to suit most makes and models.

Our staff are highly skilled and all have specific areas in which they specialise. We will always do our best to give you an accurate quote prior to commencing work and we do not carry out any additional work without your authority.
