Our system is very reliable but in the highly unlikely case of a problem which is beyond our control (ie: technical failures etc), we will do everything in our power to contact you to arrange an alternative.

Cancellation
Please give reasonable notice if you wish to cancel a test. We reserve the right to make a charge if the notice of cancellation is very short and we are unable to re-sell the space

Courtesy Car
We have a limited number of courtesy cars and are allocated on a first come first served basis unless you have prearranged a car with our receptionist.

When using a courtesy car you (the customer) will be expected to return the vehicle on completing the work on your vehicle. You (the customer) will also be responsible for fuel, the excess (£250) should anything happen as well as any Parking Fines, Congestion Charges and Fines and any Traffic Offence fines.

Should a car be returned in a very dirty condition we reserve the right to charge a £50 valeting fee.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
